About Quborly
Quborly is an opportunity-event platform for live challenge showcases, conferences, virtual networking events, and mixers. New self-service showcases are free for participants, offer recognition and feedback rather than a prize of monetary value, and can use audience voting, judges, or a disclosed hybrid. Organizers can run free events, immediate ticket sales, or conditional reservations that authorize payment first and capture it only after the event reaches its minimum and is confirmed.
Why Quborly exists
Bringing people together is expensive when you have to commit to venue, staffing, production, and accessibility needs before you know whether demand is real. Quborly’s conditional-reservation model lowers that risk: attendees reserve first, payment is authorized but not captured immediately, and the event proceeds only when the organizer’s minimum is met.
Who we serve
Quborly serves independent organizers, creators, nonprofits, local businesses, recurring communities, and attendees joining in-person, virtual, and hybrid gatherings. Virtual formats include moderated stage broadcasts, camera-and-mic networking, and mixers. Specific events or communities may serve identity-based audiences; the platform itself is neutral and open to many kinds of organizers and communities.
Events and communities work together
Quborly is not only an event listing tool. Organizers can connect events to communities where participants prepare, find teammates, network, and stay connected between gatherings — with clear consent for updates, recurring programming, memberships, and future launches.
Accessibility, privacy, and trust
Organizers can provide accessibility information, venue disclosure status, refund terms, and organizer identity details before attendees reserve or buy. Attendance and membership visibility remain privacy-sensitive, and reporting tools are available across events, communities, pages, and profiles. Read our Safety Center and Privacy Policy for details.
How we’re different
- Conditional reservations that help organizers validate demand before committing major costs.
- Conventional free and immediate ticketed events for organizers who do not need the minimum-threshold workflow.
- Communities and memberships alongside events, so groups can stay connected between gatherings.
- Published screen-time schedules, presenter readiness, backstage controls, and live timing for virtual challenge showcases.
- Transparent event-status, venue-status, organizer, accessibility, and payment-language disclosures.
- Organizer tools for nonprofits, independent organizers, creators, and local businesses in one platform.
- Transparent platform and processing fees disclosed before checkout.
Who operates Quborly
Quborly is operated by Ajolla Inc. Some references to OMS2 may appear where related organizer programming overlaps, but Quborly remains the product attendees and organizers use for event, reservation, ticketing, and community workflows.
Where we are today
Quborly is currently in public beta. Core attendee and organizer flows are live, while some paid organizer features and subscriptions are still being released gradually. Public pages describe only operational features; anything still pending rollout is labeled as beta, request access, or coming soon rather than presented as fully launched.
