Referral Credit Program Terms
Last updated: August 22, 2026
These terms govern the Quborly referral credit program, operated by Ajolla Inc. (doing business as Quborly). They are additional to the Terms of Service. The referral credit program is separate from Quborly Earn: referral credit is promotional advertising credit, while Quborly Earn pays cash commission on attributed ticket sales.
1. What you get
When someone you refer creates a Quborly account and confirms it, we add $50 USD in promotional advertising credit to your account.
- Credit is granted to the referrer only. The person you refer does not receive credit for signing up.
- Credit is granted once per referred person, on account confirmation. It does not depend on that person hosting an event, buying a ticket, or spending anything.
- Credit appears in your balance shortly after the referred account is confirmed.
2. What the credit is — and is not
- Credit may be used only to pay for Quborly advertising and promotion placements.
- Credit has no cash value. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, gifted, combined across accounts, redeemed for cash, or applied to tickets, memberships, subscription plans, or fees.
- Credit is not a gift card, stored-value instrument, deposit, security, or property, and is not covered by any deposit protection.
- Credit is not refundable. Credit spent on a promotion placement is not returned as cash under any circumstances.
- Credit does not currently expire. If we introduce an expiry we will give notice before it applies to credit you already hold.
- If your account is closed or terminated, any remaining credit is forfeited.
3. Who qualifies
- Both you and the person you refer must be at least 18 and eligible to use Quborly.
- The referred person must be new to Quborly — a genuinely new account, created by a real person, and confirmed. An existing user, a re-registration, or an account you control does not qualify.
- Your account must be in good standing and not suspended when the credit is granted.
- You cannot refer yourself. Self-referral is blocked automatically and is also a breach of section 5.
4. Limits
To keep the program from being farmed, credit is granted for at most 10 referred signups per rolling 30 days — up to $500 USD in credit per window. Referrals beyond that are still recorded and attributed to you, but grant no credit; they do not roll over into the next window.
We may set lower limits for an individual account where we see signs of abuse, and we may adjust these limits for the program with notice.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- create, or ask anyone to create, fake, duplicate, automated, or throwaway accounts, or accounts using another person’s identity;
- pay, incentivise, or mislead people into signing up, including offering rewards for signups you did not disclose to us;
- send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or direct messages, or post your link in a way that violates CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, another platform’s rules, or equivalent law;
- bid on “Quborly” or confusingly similar terms in paid search, or run ads that appear to come from Quborly;
- misrepresent what Quborly is, what signing up costs, or what the referred person will receive;
- sell, trade, or auction referral links or credit;
- use bots, scripts, or automation to generate signups or clicks.
The Prohibited Activities policy and Community Guidelines apply in full.
6. Clawback and enforcement
We may withhold, reverse, or remove credit — including credit already granted or already spent — and may suspend your participation or your account, where we reasonably believe a referral was not genuine or these terms were breached. Where credit has already been spent on a placement, we may invoice the value or offset it against future credit. Our determination of what constitutes abuse is made in good faith, and you may appeal to appeals@quborly.com.
7. Not a sweepstakes or lottery
Referral credit is granted for a defined, verifiable action. There is no element of chance, no purchase is required to participate, and no consideration is paid to enter. The program is not a sweepstakes, contest, lottery, or game of chance.
8. Taxes
You are responsible for determining whether promotional credit you receive has any tax consequence for you and for meeting any resulting obligation. Quborly does not withhold tax on promotional credit and does not give tax advice.
9. Data
Following a referral link sets a cookie that records which account referred the new signup, for up to 30 days. We record the referring account, the referred account, and the time the credit was granted. See the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Changes to the program
We may change the credit amount, the limits, the qualifying action, or end the program entirely at any time. Changes are published here with a new “last updated” date and apply going forward — they do not remove credit already properly granted. Continuing to share your referral link after a change constitutes acceptance.
