Community Guidelines
Last updated: June 14, 2026
Quborly exists to help LGBTQ+ people and their allies gather safely. These Community Guidelines (also our Acceptable Use Policy) apply to everyone and to all content, events, communities, and messages on the Service. They are part of our Terms of Service.
1. Be Respectful
Treat others with dignity. We do not allow harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or hateful conduct, including content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, or other protected characteristics.
2. Prohibited Content & Conduct
- Illegal activity, or content that facilitates it.
- Hate speech, incitement to violence, or terrorist or extremist content.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any sexualization of minors. This is reported to authorities without exception.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or sharing others’ private information.
- Fraud, scams, deceptive events, fake ticketing, or misrepresenting who you are or who is organizing an event.
- Spam, manipulation of discovery or promotions, or artificial engagement.
- Malware, phishing, or attempts to compromise accounts or the Service.
- Infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
- Regulated goods or services offered unlawfully (for example, weapons, drugs, or unlicensed financial or gambling activity).
3. Adult Content
Some events may be intended for adults. Hosts must clearly label such events, restrict them to attendees 18 or older, and comply with all applicable laws. Explicit content must never be used as a public cover image or thumbnail.
4. Authentic Events
Listings must accurately describe what attendees will receive, including date, location or virtual format, price, and what is included. Honor your commitments and communicate changes promptly. Misleading or undeliverable events may be removed and may affect payouts.
5. Safety
Hosts are responsible for the safety of their events and for complying with venue, health, and local requirements. If you see content or behavior that puts someone at risk, use the in-product report tools or contact safety@quborly.com. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
6. Reporting Violations
You can report events, communities, and users from the report controls on their pages. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We may ask for additional information to investigate.
7. Enforcement
When these Guidelines are violated, we may take action proportionate to the violation, including removing content, limiting visibility, withholding payouts, suspending promotions, restricting features, or suspending or terminating accounts. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal and reporting to authorities where required. We aim to be fair and, where appropriate, to give notice and an opportunity to appeal by contacting appeals@quborly.com.
8. Changes
We may update these Guidelines as our community grows. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
