Community Guidelines
Last updated: July 21, 2026
Quborly exists to help people gather safely. These Community Guidelines (also our Acceptable Use Policy) apply to everyone and to all content, events, communities, and messages on the Service. They are part of our Terms of Service.
1. Be Respectful
Treat others with dignity. We do not allow harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or hateful conduct, including content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, or other protected characteristics.
2. Prohibited Content & Conduct
The list below covers the essentials. Our Prohibited Activities policy is the full, authoritative list of prohibited content, conduct, and payment activity.
- Illegal activity, or content that facilitates it.
- Hate speech, incitement to violence, or terrorist or extremist content.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any sexualization of minors. This is reported to authorities without exception.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or sharing others’ private information.
- Fraud, scams, deceptive events, fake ticketing, or misrepresenting who you are or who is organizing an event.
- Spam, manipulation of discovery or promotions, or artificial engagement.
- Malware, phishing, or attempts to compromise accounts or the Service.
- Infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
- Regulated goods or services offered unlawfully (for example, weapons, drugs, or unlicensed financial or gambling activity).
3. Age-restricted events
Quborly is an 18+ platform and supports legitimate age-restricted events, including nightlife, drag performances, theater, comedy, dating-themed social events, educational sexual-health discussions, and adult-oriented artistic performances. Hosts must clearly label such events, set the appropriate 18+ or 21+ requirement, and comply with all applicable laws. Explicit content must never be used as a public cover image or thumbnail.
This is separate from what Quborly payments may be used for. Quborly payments may not be used for prohibited commercial activity — including pornography, sexual services, escort services, strip-club transactions, paid sexualized live-chat services, or other products and services prohibited in our Payments Policy. An event being age-restricted does not, by itself, make it prohibited.
4. Authentic Events
Listings must accurately describe what attendees will receive, including date, location or virtual format, price, and what is included. Honor your commitments and communicate changes promptly. Misleading or undeliverable events may be removed and may affect payouts.
5. Safety
Hosts are responsible for the safety of their events and for complying with venue, health, and local requirements. If you see content or behavior that puts someone at risk, use the in-product report tools or contact safety@quborly.com. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
In virtual networking and mixer rooms, use camera and microphone only for your own participation, respect requests to stop an interaction, and follow Host moderation directions. Do not record or redistribute another person’s live feed without their permission. Hosts should identify moderators, explain the format, remove disruptive participants when needed, and provide a way to report concerns.
6. Reporting & Blocking
You can report any event, community, profile, or message using the Report control on that page or conversation. Reports are confidential and reviewed by our moderation team, and we may ask for additional information to investigate. You can also block another member to stop them from interacting with you. For urgent safety issues, contact safety@quborly.com; in an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
7. Our Moderation Commitment
We provide tools to filter and report objectionable content and to block abusive users. We review reported content and act on objectionable content and the users who post it — typically within 24 hours — by removing the content and removing or banning the offending user. We operate a zero-tolerance standard for objectionable content, and content that sexually exploits minors is removed and reported to the authorities without exception. See the full list of what is not allowed in our Prohibited Activities policy.
8. Enforcement
When these Guidelines are violated, we may take action proportionate to the violation, including removing content, limiting visibility, withholding payouts, suspending promotions, restricting features, or suspending or terminating accounts. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal and reporting to authorities where required. We aim to be fair and, where appropriate, to give notice and an opportunity to appeal by contacting appeals@quborly.com.
9. Changes
We may update these Guidelines as our community grows. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
