Quborly Earn Partner Terms

These Partner Terms govern your participation in Quborly Earn, the affiliate program operated by Ajolla Inc. (doing business as Quborly). They are additional to the Terms of Service, which continue to apply. If the two conflict, these Partner Terms control for Quborly Earn activity only. The version of these terms recorded when you enrol is earn-terms-2026-07-06.

You can join and track Earn in the Quborly app or on the web. Setting up the Stripe payout account that receives your commissions is done on the web at quborly.com.

1. What Quborly Earn is

A Host can switch Quborly Earn on for an individual event and set a commission. When Earn is on, any eligible Partner can generate a personal Earn link for that event. If someone buys a paid ticket after following that link, and the sale is attributed under section 3, the Partner is credited a commission.

The commission is paid out of the Host’s proceeds, not added to the buyer’s price. Buyers pay the same amount whether or not they arrive through an Earn link. Quborly does not charge Partners a fee to join or participate.

Quborly operates the technology and settles payments. The Host sets the commission, the promotion window, and the event terms. Quborly does not guarantee any level of clicks, sales, or earnings.

2. Eligibility and enrolment

• You must be at least 18 and have a Quborly account in good standing that is not suspended or restricted.
• You must accept these Partner Terms explicitly before an Earn link is created for you. We record which version you accepted and when.
• To be paid, you must complete Stripe payout onboarding, including the identity and tax information Stripe requires. Commissions you earn before onboarding are held, not forfeited.
• You cannot earn commission on your own event, and you cannot earn commission on your own ticket purchase. Both are blocked automatically.
• Some events restrict Earn to Partners the Host has invited. Where a Host has done that, link creation is refused for everyone else.
• Enrolment is a permission, not a right. We may decline, pause, or end your participation at any time under section 10.

3. Earn links and attribution

Your Earn link has the form /e/<event>/r/<your-code>. Following it records a click and stores an attribution cookie in the visitor’s browser, then forwards them to the event page.

• Last click wins. If a buyer follows more than one Partner’s link, the most recent one is credited.
• Attribution window. A sale counts only if it happens within the window the Host set for that event — between 1 and 90 days from the click. The window is shown on the event when you create your link.
• Sales cutoff. A Host may set a date after which Earn sharing ends for the event. Links stop attributing at that point.
• Attribution depends on the visitor’s browser keeping the cookie. Cleared cookies, private windows, in-app browsers, tracking blockers, and switching devices can all prevent attribution. That is a normal limitation of the technology and is not a basis for a claim.
• Only the first attributed reservation per purchase is credited. Attribution is not transferable between Partners or accounts.

4. How commission is calculated

• A Host sets either a fixed amount per paid ticket or a percentage of the ticket subtotal, optionally with a maximum per reservation. The rate in effect for an event is shown on that event.
• Commission is calculated on the ticket subtotal only. It is never calculated on the buyer’s service fee, payment processing, taxes, tips, or add-ons.
• A fixed commission is earned once per paid ticket in the reservation. A percentage commission is calculated on the reservation subtotal.
• Commission can never exceed the ticket subtotal, and is capped so it cannot reduce the Host’s proceeds below zero.
• Free tickets earn nothing. Free events, $0 tiers, and fully discounted reservations generate no commission.

5. When you get paid

Commissions move through defined states:

• Pending — the sale is attributed and the buyer has been charged, but the event has not finished.
• Payable — the event has ended and the Host’s hold window (0–90 days, default 7) has passed. This buffer exists because refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks mostly happen in that period.
• Held — the commission is due but cannot be sent, almost always because Stripe payout onboarding is incomplete or a transfer failed. Held commissions are retried; complete onboarding and they will be paid.
• Paid — transferred to your connected Stripe account. Stripe then pays out to your bank on its own schedule.
• Reversed — the underlying sale was refunded, released, or reversed (section 6).

For an event with no confirmed date yet, the hold clock starts when the date is announced. Payouts are made in US dollars through Stripe. Quborly does not hold your funds as a bank and pays no interest on pending commissions.

6. Refunds, reversals, and clawbacks

• If an attributed sale is refunded, released, cancelled, charged back, or a pre-sale does not reach its minimum, the related commission is reversed and is not paid.
• If a commission has already been paid when the sale is reversed, we may recover it by offsetting future commissions or by requesting repayment.
• We may reverse or withhold any commission we reasonably believe is connected to fraud, self-dealing, manipulated attribution, or a breach of section 7 or 8 — including after payment.

7. Required disclosure

United States law requires anyone promoting something for compensation to disclose that connection (FTC Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials, 16 C.F.R. Part 255). Disclosure is a condition of participating in Quborly Earn, not a suggestion.

• Every post, story, video, email, message, stream, or page where you share an Earn link must clearly say you may be paid a commission. Wording like “Disclosure: I may earn a commission if you buy a ticket through my link” is provided when you create a link — keep it with the link.
• The disclosure must be clear and conspicuous: in the same place as the promotion, visible without tapping “more” or scrolling, readable at normal size, and spoken as well as captioned in video or audio. Burying it in a hashtag pile, a bio, a linked page, or the end of a description does not satisfy this.
• A platform’s built-in “paid partnership” label alone is not sufficient. Use it in addition to, not instead of, your own disclosure.
• Say only what you actually know. Do not fabricate attendance, claim you attended an event you did not, invent endorsements, or present yourself as speaking for Quborly or the Host.
• If you are subject to other rules — an employer’s policy, a professional body, a broadcaster, or non-US advertising law — following them is your responsibility as well.

8. Prohibited promotion

The Prohibited Activities policy applies in full. In addition, you may not:

• buy tickets through your own link, or arrange for someone to route a purchase through your link that they would have made anyway;
• create duplicate, fake, or coordinated accounts to generate clicks, signups, or attribution;
• use bots, click farms, automated traffic, iframes, redirects, pop-unders, forced clicks, or cookie stuffing;
• send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or direct messages, or otherwise promote in ways that violate CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, or equivalent law;
• bid on “Quborly”, a Host’s name, an event name, or confusingly similar terms in paid search, or run ads that appear to originate from Quborly or the Host;
• impersonate Quborly, a Host, a performer, or another person; use Quborly branding in a way that implies employment, sponsorship, or official status; or register domains, handles, or app listings that suggest you are Quborly;
• misstate price, date, venue, lineup, availability, refund rights, or whether an event is confirmed — including manufactured urgency or scarcity;
• resell, sublicense, or sell Earn links, or list them on coupon, cashback, or incentive sites without the Host’s written consent;
• promote an age-restricted event to people below its age limit, or promote to audiences you know to be children;
• promote alongside adult content, hate speech, harassment, illegal goods, or anything prohibited by the policies above.

9. Your status and taxes

You participate as an independent party. Quborly Earn does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship, and you have no authority to make commitments on behalf of Quborly or any Host. You control how, where, and whether you promote.

You are solely responsible for all taxes on your commissions. Stripe collects the tax information required to pay you and may issue information returns (such as a Form 1099) where the law requires. Quborly does not withhold taxes and does not give tax advice.

10. Suspension, termination, and changes

• You may leave at any time by asking us to close your Partner account. Commissions already earned and not reversed are paid on the normal schedule.
• We may disable a link, pause your Partner account, withhold or reverse commissions, or end your participation if you breach these terms, if a Host’s event is removed, or where there is legal or fraud risk.
• A Host may turn Earn off for an event, and Quborly may disable Earn on any event. Sales attributed before that point are unaffected.
• We may change these terms. Material changes are published with a new version identifier and a new “last updated” date, and continuing to use Earn after that constitutes acceptance. Changes are not applied retroactively to commissions already earned.

11. No warranty and limits

Quborly Earn is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted attribution, particular earnings, or that any event will take place. Disputes about an event itself — delivery, refunds, cancellation — are between the buyer and the Host under the Refunds & Cancellations policy. The limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution sections of the Terms of Service apply to these Partner Terms.
