Prohibited Activities
Last updated: June 28, 2026
This Prohibited Activities policy is the single, authoritative list of what is not allowed on Quborly. It is our Acceptable Use Policy and forms part of our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Payments Policy. It applies to everyone and to all content, events, communities, messages, and transactions on the Service.
1. Prohibited Content & Conduct
The following are never permitted on Quborly:
- Illegal activity, or content that facilitates or promotes it.
- Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, or hateful conduct that attacks or dehumanizes people based on sexual orientation, gender identity, race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, or other protected characteristics.
- Incitement to violence, or terrorist or violent-extremist content.
- Any sexual content involving minors, or any sexualization of minors. We have zero tolerance for this and report it to the authorities (including NCMEC where applicable) without exception.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or sharing other people’s private information without consent.
- Fraud, scams, deceptive events, fake or counterfeit ticketing, deceptive fundraising, or misrepresenting who you are or who is organizing an event.
- Spam, manipulation of discovery or promotions, artificial engagement, or other inauthentic behavior.
- Malware, phishing, or attempts to compromise accounts, payments, or the Service.
- Infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
- Regulated goods or services offered unlawfully, including weapons, drugs, or unlicensed financial or gambling activity.
2. Prohibited Payment Transactions
Separately from what may be hosted on the platform, Quborly payments may not be used for the following. This restates the prohibitions in our Payments Policy:
- Pornography, sexual services, escort services, strip-club transactions, or paid sexualized live-chat services.
- Gambling, wagering, paid-entry lotteries, or paid-entry sweepstakes with cash or material prizes without separate approval.
- Cannabis transactions, illegal drugs, or weapons.
- Peer-to-peer transfers, stored-value balances, or unlicensed financial services.
- Deceptive fundraising, donations falsely presented as ticket purchases, fake ticket sales, fraudulent or nonexistent events, or events that cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
- Any other activity prohibited by Stripe or by applicable law.
Competition, contest, lottery, sweepstakes, and prize-related activity may require separate review before payments are enabled.
3. Age-restricted Is Not, By Itself, Prohibited
Quborly is an 18+ platform that supports legitimate age-restricted events — including nightlife, drag performances, theater, comedy, dating-themed social events, educational sexual-health discussions, and adult-oriented artistic performances. Hosts must clearly label such events, set the appropriate 18+ or 21+ requirement, and comply with all applicable laws. Explicit content must never be used as a public cover image or thumbnail. An event being age-restricted does not, by itself, make it prohibited.
4. Platform Abuse & Circumvention
- Circumventing fees, payments, or safety controls — including moving a paid transaction off-platform to avoid our protections.
- Evading enforcement, ban evasion, or operating accounts on behalf of a suspended or terminated user.
- Scraping, automated abuse, rate-limit evasion, or interfering with the integrity or performance of the Service.
5. Enforcement
When this policy is violated we may take action proportionate to the violation, including removing content, limiting visibility, withholding or reversing payouts, suspending promotions, restricting features, and suspending or terminating accounts. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal and reporting to authorities where required. Our full enforcement and appeal process is described in the Community Guidelines.
6. How to Report a Violation
Use the in-product report controls on any event, community, profile, or message, or contact safety@quborly.com. You can also block another member from your interactions. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
