For organizers

Create events after demand is proven.

Quborly helps organizers test demand, launch events, sell tickets, and build communities around the people who attend. Collect real reservations first and charge attendees only when your event reaches its minimum and is confirmed.

How conditional reservations work

1. Prove demand before you commit

Publish an event idea, set the reservation minimum, and explain the date, venue, or target area with the right level of certainty for the listing.

2. Collect reservations

Attendees reserve their places and authorize payment without being charged immediately while your event is still testing demand.

3. Confirm and capture only when viable

When the minimum is reached and the event is confirmed, authorized payment methods are charged according to the disclosed event terms.

More than one event type

Use conditional reservations when you need to validate demand before committing real money. Use immediate ticket sales or free registration when the event is already viable and you just need attendance management.

  • Conventional free events and immediate paid ticket sales
  • Communities and memberships that continue after the event
  • Organizer identity and verification signals
  • Accessibility details and accommodation contact fields
  • In-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
  • Nonprofits, local businesses, creators, and independent organizers

Questions organizers ask before launch

Do I have to use conditional reservations?

No. You can publish free events or immediate paid ticket sales without using a reservation minimum. Conditional reservations are the differentiator, not the only workflow.

What happens if the minimum is not reached?

The event is not confirmed and authorized attendees are not charged. Quborly keeps the reservation history for audit purposes, but no payment capture occurs.

Can I keep attendees connected after the event?

Yes. Link an event to a community so attendees can follow or join with clear consent and stay informed about future gatherings.
