We may receive limited information from our payment processor (for example, payout and verification status) and from analytics or infrastructure providers that help us run the Service.
2. How We Use Information

4. How We Share Information

Your privacy settings let you control the visibility of your activity. Please share only what you are comfortable making visible to your chosen audience.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (including tax and financial records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. You can edit or delete much of your information from your profile settings, or contact us at privacy@quborly.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required for cross-border transfers.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can remove it.
