Example only: a $35 USD ticket. The attendee pays $38.16 USD — the $35 USD price plus a $3.16 USD service fee (5% on Creator Pro or Scale, plus 2.9% + $0.30 USD processing). You receive the full $35 USD. Across 100 tickets you keep $3,500 USD.

What is the service fee, and who pays it?
Creators keep 100% of the ticket or membership price. The service fee is 10% on Free and 5% on Creator Pro and Scale — a subscription is what buys the lower rate. It is added at checkout with payment processing, paid by the attendee, and shown as a separate line before they pay. Free events have no fee. Event listings show the all-in price the attendee pays; checkout itemizes the service fee.
What counts toward the 3 free paid events?
On the Free plan you can publish up to 3 direct-sale paid events each month. Free events are unlimited, and the counter resets monthly. Upgrade to a paid creator plan for unlimited paid and pre-sale ticketing.
Which plan includes virtual showcases?
Virtual and hybrid challenge showcases are available only on the Scale creator plan at $100 USD/month. That includes no-prize hackathon, business, case, and pitch showcases; timed screen slots; multi-round judging; private backstage production; and live audience voting. Challenge showcases are free for participants, live-only, and offer no replay. Creator Pro supports all other virtual and hybrid events, including live classes, webinars, and live-only networking and mixer rooms. Business Plus is a separate per-page plan and does not replace the creator’s Scale entitlement.
Are payment-processing fees extra?
No — for the creator. The service fee and standard Stripe payment-processing fees (about 2.9% + $0.30 USD per transaction) are bundled into the fee the attendee pays at checkout, so the creator receives the full listed price.
Can I cancel a paid plan?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from billing settings. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again after that.
