Pre-sale events and communities let demand decide.

A Quborly pre-sale is conditional: people reserve spots first, and the event or community activates only if enough people commit by the deadline. This helps organizers avoid launching something before there is enough demand.

1. Reserve

You choose a quantity and payment method. Your card is saved, but you are not charged while the pre-sale is pending.

2. Minimum is checked

The organizer sets the minimum number of reservations and the deadline. Everyone can see progress before committing.

3. Charge or release

If the minimum is reached by the deadline, reservations are charged and confirmed. If not, no charge is made.

What you authorize

Before reserving, Quborly shows the seller, maximum amount, minimum reservations, and deadline. By reserving, you authorize Quborly, operated by Temp and Major Inc, to charge your saved payment method only if those stated conditions are met.

Some banks require extra authentication for future card charges. If that happens, you may need to complete payment before your ticket or membership is confirmed.

A pending reservation is not a confirmed ticket or membership. It becomes confirmed only after the minimum is met and payment succeeds.

For organizers

Use pre-sales when venue deposits, staffing, performers, travel, or community launch costs depend on enough committed demand. Set a realistic minimum, explain what happens after the goal is met, and keep attendees updated before the deadline.

Read the Payments Policy and Refund Policy for full payment, cancellation, and refund terms.
