Sponsor categories: Retail, delivery, packaging, POS, banks and suppliers. PLANNING GATE A viable vendor mix plus sufficient attendee interest and sponsor commitments. Planning budget: $135k–$290k. PRODUCER NOTE Include Blkmint food zone and Dopeza co-packer clinic; request GICC ballroom/hall split. All dates, venue details, pricing, capacity, speakers, sponsors, competition terms, and programming remain subject to contracting and final production approval. FUNDRAISER FOR OMS2 Net proceeds from this event are intended to benefit OMS2 — One Million Small Startups and support programs serving small startups and entrepreneurs.
