On web
- 1Use Discover to open an event, then reserve a pre-sale spot, join an interest list, buy a paid ticket, or get a free ticket.
- 2Open Tickets to find confirmed tickets and QR codes.
- 3Open Communities to join free or paid communities. Paid memberships disclose recurring billing before checkout.
- 4Use report controls on events, communities, pages, or profiles when something seems unsafe or violates guidelines.
- 5Use Settings and Profile to manage privacy, direct messages, blocked accounts, and data export.
On mobile
- 1Use Discover or Communities to open an event or community.
- 2Tap Reserve your spot, Join the interest list, Buy ticket, Get ticket, or Join community depending on the listing.
- 3Open Profile, then Tickets, to find confirmed tickets and QR codes.
- 4Use Report on detail screens, and Settings for privacy, notifications, blocked accounts, and legal policies.
- 5Contact support from Help or legal/support links when you need account, refund, or safety help.
Important notes
- A pending pre-sale reservation is not a confirmed ticket until the minimum is met and payment succeeds.
- Refund eligibility depends on the event policy, cancellation state, and the Refunds and Cancellations Policy.
