Is posting really free?
Yes. Unlimited posts, unlimited applicants, and the full pipeline board cost nothing. The subscriptions add trust signals and interview tooling, not access.
Do the two subscriptions stack?
No, and we will not sell you both. Interviews includes everything in Verified, so $60 a month is the ceiling for one employer. If you already pay for Verified and then add Interviews, your subscription is upgraded in place and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of the month.
Does paying get me the badge?
Not on its own. Submit your business registration (and insurance, if you have it) from your hiring dashboard; Quborly staff review it. The badge appears once that clears and stays only while the subscription is live. Until then you are subscribed but unbadged, and your listings are shown as not verified.
What is the payment record?
After you hire someone you record each wage payment on their pipeline card, and the worker confirms it or disputes it. Only worker-confirmed payments count, and the record shows how many were paid on or before the due date. A new employer has no record and the listing says exactly that — we never show an invented 100%.
Do you take a cut of wages?
No. Wages go from you to the worker in full — Quborly never holds or routes them. We charge the subscription and nothing else.
Is Quborly the employer?
No. The employer that posts the role hires, directs and pays the worker, and is responsible for classifying them correctly and meeting local wage law. Hiring must be free of discrimination. The full rules are in the Quborly Jobs Terms at quborly.com/legal/jobs-terms.
Do applicants pay anything?
Never. Applying, interviewing, and being hired are free for workers on every plan.
