Quborly Jobs Terms
Last updated: September 25, 2026
These terms apply to Quborly Jobs, the event-staff hiring board operated by Ajolla Inc. (doing business as Quborly). They are additional to the Terms of Service and the Prohibited Activities policy.
1. Quborly is not the employer
Quborly Jobs is a listing and hiring-workflow tool. Quborly is not the employer, staffing agency, or joint employer of anyone hired through it. The employer that posts a role alone decides who to hire, directs the work, and pays the worker. Quborly does not hold, route, or take a cut of wages.
2. Classification, pay and compliance are the employer’s responsibility
- The employer is responsible for classifying each worker correctly (employee or independent contractor) under the laws that apply where the work happens, and for any payroll taxes, withholding, workers’ compensation, insurance, and required notices.
- Pay must meet every applicable minimum wage and overtime rule. Quborly blocks listings below the US federal minimum of $7.25 an hour, but many states and cities require more; that floor is not legal advice and does not make a listing compliant.
- Employers must pay what the accepted offer says, on time. Payment records on Quborly count only payments the worker has confirmed.
3. Equal opportunity
Employers must not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation and gender identity), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Screening questions about protected characteristics are not allowed and are blocked when detected. Questions about the work itself — availability, experience, certifications, and legal authorization to work — are fine.
4. Verification
The Verified badge means Quborly staff reviewed the employer’s business registration (and insurance, where provided) and the employer holds an active Verified or Interviews subscription. It is not an endorsement or a guarantee of payment. Quborly may reject or revoke verification, with a reason, at any time.
5. Scams and takedowns
A legitimate employer never asks a worker to pay a fee, buy equipment up front, or share bank or identity details before a genuine offer. Report any listing that does. Quborly may remove listings, cancel pending offers and interviews, limit posting, or suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell the employer why.
6. Contact details
Workers’ and employers’ account email addresses are shared with each other only after a worker accepts an offer, so both sides can arrange the work. Use them only for that job.
