Launch Rewards Terms

These terms govern Quborly Launch Rewards, operated by Ajolla Inc. (doing business as Quborly). They are additional to the Terms of Service, including section 6 (Advertising Credits & Promotions). Launch Rewards is separate from the Referral Credit Program and from Quborly Earn.

1. When the program runs

Launch Rewards runs for a limited period that we announce on quborly.com/launch. Only actions completed on or after the date the program opened count. We may end the program at any time; rewards for actions already completed while it was running are still granted.

2. Rewards

Each reward is granted once per person:

• Join — $25 USD. Create a new Quborly account and confirm your email address.
• Planner — $50 USD. Create a plan and mark at least 3 of its tasks done.
• Studio — $50 USD. Record a Studio session with at least 10 minutes of uploaded recording.
• Group Trips — $50 USD. Organize a Group Trip that at least 3 other people commit to, and that is not canceled.
• First successful event — 10× the platform fee, up to $1,000 USD. See section 3.

Rewards are granted automatically, usually within an hour of qualifying.

3. The event reward

An event qualifies when all of the following are true:

• you are the event’s creator and it was created while the program was running;
• it sold at least $250 USD in paid tickets to at least 10 different buyers;
• it has ended, was not canceled, and 14 days have passed since it ended;
• you have a connected Stripe payout account and your account is in good standing.

Only tickets that were paid and not refunded count. Complimentary tickets, test or demo tickets, and tickets bought by you or by anyone listed as a collaborator on the event do not count. Ticket amounts are the ticket price paid after any discount code, excluding service fees and taxes.

The reward is 10 times the platform fee Quborly collected on the counted tickets, at the rate locked in when each ticket was bought, capped at $1,000 USD. If you have several events that qualify, your earliest one is rewarded. The event reward is granted once per person and once per Stripe payout account.

4. What the credit is — and is not

• Credit may be used only for Quborly advertising and promotion placements, which appear on Quborly. Reach depends on your targeting and on activity on Quborly; we do not promise any number of impressions, clicks, or ticket sales.
• Credit has no cash value. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, combined across accounts, redeemed for cash, or applied to tickets, memberships, subscription plans, or fees.
• Credit is not a gift card, stored-value instrument, deposit, or property.
• If your account is closed or terminated, any remaining credit is forfeited.

5. Expiry

Launch Rewards credit expires if it is not used:

• Join credit: 30 days after it is granted;
• Planner, Studio, and Group Trips credit: 90 days after it is granted;
• Event credit: 90 days after it is granted.

When you spend credit, the credit closest to expiring is used first. Unspent promotion budget returned to you from a stopped promotion keeps the expiry of the credit it came from. Credit you purchase never expires, and this expiry does not apply to credit granted under any other program.

6. Limits

Each reward has a total limit for the whole program: 2,000 join rewards, 500 Planner, 500 Studio, 500 Group Trips, and 250 event rewards. Once a limit is reached, that reward is no longer granted.

7. Prohibited conduct and clawback

You may not create duplicate, fake, or automated accounts; buy, or ask others to buy, tickets to your own event in order to qualify; issue tickets and refund them outside Quborly; or otherwise manufacture activity to earn a reward. We may withhold, reverse, or remove credit — including credit already spent — and may suspend your participation or your account where we reasonably believe these terms were breached. You may appeal to appeals@quborly.com.

8. Not a sweepstakes

Every reward is granted for a defined, verifiable action. There is no element of chance and no purchase is required to join or to earn the Join, Planner, Studio, or Group Trips rewards.

9. Taxes

You are responsible for any tax consequence of promotional credit you receive. Quborly does not withhold tax on promotional credit and does not give tax advice.

10. Changes

We may change the amounts, thresholds, limits, or end the program. Changes are published here with a new “last updated” date and apply going forward; they do not remove credit already properly granted.
